How do I care for my soaps? Keep your soap bars out of water after being used, in a cool dry place so they can re harden after use.

How do I care for my candles? We will add a little care card to all orders, make sure you read this before burning any candles for your own safety.

Do you offer wholesale? Yes absolutely. If you are a current or upcoming business and want to stock our products, email or Instagram message us. 

Do you do custom orders? Yes absolutely. We can customise to suit your party theme. Send us a message with what you are after and we will accommodate as best as we can. 

What is soap sweating? Soap sweating looks like little water droplets or frost that has formed on your soaps bars. This doesn’t affect the soap at all. This is caused by the soap bar absorbing moisture from the air and change in weather conditions. I try and prevent this as much as possible from happening however sometimes your soap bars will form this. 

What scents do you have? We have a large range of scents, certain scents are available to pick from depending on the product and some products have set scents, this will be in the description. 

Can I have my products scent free? Yes, of course. Just contact us with your order number or leave us a note at check out. 

Can I use your products on sensitive skin? Yes, you sure can. Our products only have the best ingredients, and most of our products are Shea Butter based. We highly suggest you test patch your product on a small patch of skin before using it all over your body. If irritation occurs, stop using the product and seek medical assistance if required. 

Can I get my products plastic free? Absolutely and we highly encourage our customers to select plastic free options. Send us an email with your order number or leave us a note at check out. 

How long will my order take? Please allow 5-10 days for your order to made and posted to you. Some orders may take longer depending on the QTY.

How long does postage take? This depends on the postage option you select. For Australian and NZ customers we have standard post which is 3-10 business days and express post which is 1-5 business days depending where you are located. Express post is the quickest option. Rest of the world only standard post is an option and will depend of where you are located. 

Can I get a refund or return my item? Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on any items, unless the item has arrived damaged or is the wrong item/scent. Please see our terms and conditions regrading this.

Can I pick up my order? Yes of course, this will be organised through email or Instagram message only. Contact us prior to placing an order if you want to pick up your order. Located in Greenvale, Melbourne.
